The maximum number of unique prospects managed across your active audiences: 100,000 on Discover, 500,000 on Momentum, 1,000,000 on Horizon. Unlock and enrichment credits are separate supporting allowances, not extra audience capacity or free exports.

What counts as a credit?

A new contact unlock or successful fresh enrichment uses 1 data credit. Searching, masked previews, already-unlocked duplicates, failed lookups and reuse do not. Standard fields are included when available; email and mobile numbers are not guaranteed.

How are Targeted Prospects different from export credits?

Targeted Prospects is the maximum number of unique records managed across active audiences. It is capacity, not free data, extra exports or an outreach allowance.

Are B2B and B2C included?

Both are included in the proposed packages, using available filters and licensed attributes. Consumer interests, modeled propensity and observed intent are separate types of information.

Can I use prospects directly in Engage campaigns?

The proposed native workflow connects lists to Engage campaigns. Contact availability does not establish consent or channel eligibility. Use only channels supported by your account and the destination’s requirements.

What happens when I run out of credits?

New chargeable data actions pause. Add a whole top-up pack or use optional auto-recharge with your own spending cap. Top-ups do not increase topics, audience capacity or other limits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Proposed data billing rules: included credits roll over for 1 additional billing month. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months while the add-on is active. These rules are separate from Engage delivery usage.

Are advertising spend and campaign delivery included?

No. An active Engage subscription is required. Campaign delivery, AI calling usage, ad spend and third-party activation fees are separate.

How often is data updated?

Lists and audiences have scheduled daily synchronization. Underlying data freshness varies by source; daily syncing does not mean every record has new data every day.

Can agencies manage multiple clients?

Discuss client workspaces, permissions, licensing and audience activation with the team. Packages do not grant unrestricted resale rights or automatically include every client setup.
